Elroy was surrendered when his family realized they just weren’t in a position to care for a dog. A house full of children and no time for Elroy wasn’t a good mix and Elroy was starting to react.

What we can see of his personality so far is that he is just a big goofy and energetic 17 month old blue frenchie who needs someone who will dedicate time and attention to him. He does listen very well and seems to be house trained, but he does need to be taught some manners. He is friendly and playful with female dogs so far but should not be in a home with male dogs. He does lack manners, and tends to want to hump the dogs that he meets. Hopefully once he is neutered that behaviour will subside. He is also limping a little bit, we were told that he was “grazed“ by a car a few days ago so we would like to get him to the vet sooner rather than later. He is being fostered in Westport Ontario.
