We aren’t surprised at all that our adorable Miss Gracie has been adopted by her foster family! How could they resist this perfect girl?!

Update December 1, 2022
Sleepy Gracie is still feeling the effects of being slightly sedated for her cardiology appointment today. She had her echo
cardiogram and not only has her condition not worsened, it has improved since her procedure a year ago! So much so that they are going to wean her off her medication and expect her to live a normal healthy life without any meds!
A huge thank you to Jamie, Jen and Hilary for getting her safely to her appointment!
You’d never know that this nugget had a balloon valvuloplasty a year ago!
This sweet and loving nearly 2 year old girl is playful and active not to mention sweet natured with both people and dogs! She is great in the car and is charming everyone she meets, including everyone at the hospital today!

You know who else is a champ at potty training? Sweet Gracie, that’s who!
When this little girl arrived we thought she may be incontinent because her former owner had her in diapers. Nope, not
at all! She just needed a regular routine! Foster mom doesn’t remember the last time she had an accident in the house! She quickly learned to go to the door when she needs to go out!
You’d never know this nugget had a balloon valvuloplasty 11 months ago!
This sweet and loving 22 month old girl is playful and active not to mention as sweet as can be! She is currently on heart medication and may be on it for life. We will know more once she has a follow up with a cardiologist and an ultrasound. She developed some mild environmental allergies just before she was surrendered. Her skin has all cleared up with some medication. We are working on getting her an appointment with the cardiologist. We may need some help getting her back and forth to Guelph from Sudbury for her appointment so if you travel back-and-forth from that area or you are willing to help us out please send us a message!
Gracie is Super sweet natured with both people and dogs! She is great in the car and is charming everyone she meets!

Please welcome Gracie to ECFBR!!
This sweet 21
month old has had some serious health issues in her short life and will need a family who are prepared for the costs of lifelong medications!
Gracie had a ba
lloon valvuloplasty due to pulmonary stenosis last November. You’d never know she has a heart murmur now! She i
s playful and active! She is currently on heart medication and may be for life. We will know more once she has a follow up with a cardiologist and ultrasound. She is currently having an allergy flare up which has caused a staph skin infection. She has started several medications today to hopefully sort all of that out!
Gracie is sweet natured with both people and dogs!
