ADOPTED!
“You looking for me? I am looking for you!”~ Frankie
Mr Man is looking for his forever family!
Frankie LOVES cottage life and golf cart rides! He absolutely loves being outside!
Frankie is a healthy 8 month old who is neutered and up to date on vaccines.
This good boy is crate trained and house trained, he will even ring a bell when he needs to go out. His leash manners need some work, he does pull, but he is getting better and better!
Frankie takes a little time to warm up to strangers, especially women, but once he sees you mean no harm (and you feed him treats) he quickly becomes your bestie!
Frankie needs to be exposed to all kinds of new places, faces and noises! His forever family will have to commit to ongoing training with this smart boy who loves to learn! He is treat motivated, which makes training easy!
When he is overwhelmed or afraid he tends to growl and lunge, his new family will also have to work on this. He definitely needs an experienced family who are calm, confident and engaging. While he loves affection via a good belly rub, he ain’t no couch potato! Frankie is not suitable for a home with children. He will do best in a calm and quiet household with no other dogs. While he was very tolerant and curious of the other dogs at the vet, he is often reactive to them on his walks. He has met a neighbour‘s cat and is curious about it, sometimes he barks at it but he should be ok with a dog savvy cat.
